Bioidentical Hormone Optimization

Are you starting to have symptoms of low energy, brain fog, headaches, low sex drive, increased body fat, an/or anxiety/depression, and you suspect it might be hormone levels?

Dr. Aimee can help evaluate your hormone levels and loves working with you to help you find the best form of hormone therapy that fits your needs and lifestyle.

Ozone Therapy

Ozone therapy is the use of medical grade ozone, a highly reactive form of pure oxygen, to stimulate the body to heal itself by restoring cellular function.  It has been and continues to be used in European clinics and hospitals for over 50 years. Ozone therapy has been used in the United States since the early 1980’s, and has been found to be useful in pain, infection, inflammation, detoxification, wound and injury healing.

Our office offers steam sauna with ozone for our patients! With the help of the steam, ozone is absorbed through the pores. Ozone saunas help to stimulate blood circulation and enhances oxygen delivery, which then promotes healing processes within your body.

Weight Loss, Featuring Red Light Laser

Dr. Aimee’s natural approach to health and wellness for all of her patients leads to weight loss as a side effect, because she dives into the root causes of weight gain.

The red light laser is a great tool because it helps to stimulate fat cells to shrink. It is noninvasive and helps with the temporary reduction of the circumference of the area being treated.

TEST, Don’t Guess! Comprehensive Testing is the Key to Your Health

Genetic testing: Genetic testing is a great option for anyone wanting to learn how genetics plays into their health and wellness.

Overall wellness lab testing: Using a comprehensive wellness lab panel, Dr. Aimee will review your results and with you in detail, taking into account your history, lifestyle and needs.

Food Sensitivity Testing: Most people don’t realize that their symptoms and/or inflammatory conditions may actually be their body’s reaction to a food that they may have eaten up to 3 days prior. Let that sink in. Sometimes the best thing to do is to run a food sensitivity panel blood test, figure out the foods your body is reaction to, and eliminating them from your diet for a period of time.

Micronutrient Testing: Many health-conscious people take at least one to several supplements to optimize their health. Micronutrient testing will help you determine what supplements your are truly deficient in, so that you can make an educated decision on what supplements you want to spend your money on.

About Dr. Aimee

Dr. Aimee began her career providing in-home medical care to patients with complex health needs, including elderly and frail individuals or those who were homebound due to various conditions.

She was dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to support their health and well-being to the best of her ability.

Then She Moved Back to Her Hometown, San Antonio Texas

Upon returning to San Antonio, Dr. Aimee transitioned back to a regular clinical practice. She has never forgotten the many lessons she learned from caring for chronically ill patients. These lessons helped her focus from that point, on preventive care, and empowering her patients to avoid the chronic illnesses and extensive medication regimens she commonly encountered during her in-home medical practice.
